And the president has already announced some measures with respect to that. We believe — and we said it before that a U.S. response to those threats has got to be whole-of-government. It’s got to be across the interagency and not just residing in one — in one building and one — one agency.

We are all mindful of these growing threats to national security as well as to civilian infrastructure.
