<21c2e595> Fwiw. My bro in law last week ask me what brokers to use bc he “saw value” and wanted to get in the markets. This comes from a guy that before this he told me he swore he would never Invest in the market again after getting burned by an advisor for 30k and thought it was dumb when I did. He said I’ll just stick to real estate at that time. He is very mainstreet in every sense. He also just bought a brand new truck on a whim that week bc rates are 0 so “you have to buy one!” I said, given your in housing and your job isn’t in the stableist position. Should you take on 65k in debt just cause its zero? No concerns at all. Not one.
If this is how the mainstreet that still have jobs is acting as a whole, this is likely gonna get way more fugly.
