<8f79fcda> a church is just a building. a bible is just a book (literally bible means: book). what’s the immutable data model that is housed within the object? – in a church, “belonging” is the core data/reason for joining a church. that “belonging” exists because there’s a common/shared understanding of a core belief. In Christendom, the core data model is the gospel, the divinity of jesus’ life, death, and resurrection. All other perceptions, experiences, and relationships are cast in a common light with reference to that.
