Citing one time a guy went to his car to grab shotguns and sheet after threating him. local PD arrested him and he did in fact have all the guns he claimed in his car.

I mean maybe not anymore? I guess maybe new campus buildings have cameras all over? but tons of decent rifles that will break down into a backpack. You get off the roof and merge in with students.. who knows. They should be able to figure out where the shooter was at least.. must have been on a roof?
